Charlotte has been revised with slimmer pants and a ruffle sleeve! It is an A-line swing jumper or sleeveless sundress or top that buttons up the front. Pattern includes ruffle at armhole. Completely lined, the dress version comes to just below the knee and the shorter version is designed to be worn over pants. Pattern includes slim capri pants with instructions for ankle pants.
