Loes Hinse's Princess Tank is my new favorite top. Lengthen it and it becomes a sheath dress. The tank and dress have princess seams. The dress has a slight cap sleeve. Our teacher and sample maker, Elizabeth just brought in this sample in a gorgeous brown brocade. It fits like a glove and there is no doubt it will be my new top of choice. This design is simple, crisp and has a clean line. Princess would work well under suits or jackets or could be a cool top for the summer months. Now that I see how wonderful it is, I think we need to make up the sheath---in my size of course. This dress would be wonderful for cocktail parties if you make it in velvet, lace or crepe. Dress it down in linens, knits, or rayon. Either length is a timeless addition to your wardrobe. Share it with a friend
